There’s a new hotel in town, and it’s full of beauty inside and out, and just what the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex needed. I was searching for a place to write and relax in peace, and I found it! Delta Hotels By Marriott Southlake hosted my weekend getaway in their luxury hotel. Keep scrolling to see the photos I took of the hotel and a perfect staycation I had.
My Marvelous Staycation At Delta Hotels By Marriott Southlake Texas
Being a travel writer, blogger, an influencer is not a cakewalk job. Some think so, but far from it. We have deadlines, we work for others, we must please our sponsors and the brands we are writing for, and most importantly, we must adhere to the rules of influencing. And getting some major work done in peace was what I needed, and Delta Hotels came to my rescue.
When searching for hotels in Southlake, TX, be sure to look up this one!
Delta Hotels by Marriott Southlake Amenities I Love
A spacious hotel room with a view
Those windows were enough right there to put me in a good mood, but that seating area topped it all.
The big and bright bathroom
I love that the shower is on the opposite side of the toilet. It’s those little things. So bright and white is my love. Now, if I could have this in my home, I’d be set!
Breakfast tacos, signature salmon dinner, and a decadent dessert are all I needed to complete my stay. And, all I have to say is if and when you visit, if nothing else, their Peanut Butter Bar with Maple Bacon Ice Cream is a must! It was so big, I couldn’t eat it all. By all means, learn to share …or not!
Conversations at the bar
First, Christina was a hoot to talk with, and she loves her job – it’s in her voice and smile. I’m going back to talk with her again. We actually had a few things in common.
Check out the bar and the seating area. I can’t wait to bring my Fort Worth women’s travel group here to gab about our travels in 2021 …and have a drink, of course!
And, if this isn’t enough seating area for your group, there’s plenty more as you walk into the hotel on the right and more on the left of check-in. It’s amazing!
