Gluten-free Pizza Crust with Hemp Seed Hearts

Just a little kneading, and you'll have a wonderful gluten-free pizza crust with better-for-you ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups cheese (cut in small pieces) for healthier consumption use cheese with no casein 1
  • 2 oz organic cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbl gluten-free flour
  • 1/4 cup hemp seed hearts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Microwave cheese and cream cheese for 30 seconds. Mix, then repeat one more time.

  3. Add egg, gluten-free flour, and hemp seed to melted cheeses.

  4. Knead by hand

  5. Roll dough in a 10-inch circle

  6. Invert pizza dough onto a cookie sheet

  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.

  8. Add toppings and bake 7 more minutes.
