Wild Salmon Appetizer Bites

March 27, 2019 Kim Croisant 2 Comments

Snacking before the big meal is always a favorite among guests. What’s better than a dose of Omega-3 before dinner? Okay, a small dose of Omega-3, but who’s counting! Serve up these quick & easy Wild Salmon Appetizer Bites.

Wild Salmon Appetizer Bites

I am a Wild Planet Foods brand ambassador, so I get to try different foods each month. This month is Wild Sockey Salmon and Pink Salmon. Two of my favorites! Also, several links in this post contain my affiliate links. If anyone were to purchase from these links at no additional cost to you, FGM would receive a small commission.

You can’t go wrong serving this crowd-pleaser to your guests. Not sure anyone would turn down wild salmon. I sure wouldn’t. Whether in a can or fresh from Alaska, Salmon is loaded with Omega-3s, which is very good for your all-over wellness. In this recipe, I’m using Wild Planet Wild Sockeye Salmon, which is definitely on the good list. If you’re supposed to eat fish three times a week (according to the health officials), eating salmon is a perfect choice.

Wild Salmon Appetizer Bites

Serve these wild salmon appetizer bites on a tray with a festive rainbow salad and sesame seeds. I served them to my family as a meal, though, and that’s an option too.

Wild Salmon Bits Ingredients

I use only the best ingredients in everything I cook. I recently became a Thrive Market member and ordered several spices to try out included ground ginger that I used in this recipe. Oh, I love the benefits of ginger. Note: No longer a TM member.
