Top Farmers Markets in the DFW Area

Bring your bags to these top Farmers Markets in the DFW area.

How much do you love an open-air Farmer’s Market? I can’t get enough of them. If you’re like me, you want to go to one at the spur of the moment. Because of this, I made a list to help you (and me) find them quickly. These Top Farmers Markets in the DFW Area are opened at certain times of the year, so take note of that.

Farmers Markets in the DFW Area

I love to visit Farmer’s Markets to help support local farmers and buy local produce. Still, there seems to be none close to me, so I went looking on the Internet to find a few nearest to me, and what I found were many in different areas of Dallas, Fort Worth; and thought perhaps others might want a list all in one place. So, here’s a list of top local Farmer’s Markets in and around the DFW area. I’ve also listed times, dates, and what they sell, if known. Some open daily and some are only open on the weekends.

“In a farmers’ market, a group of farmers sell their products once or twice a week at a designated public place like a park or parking lot. Some farmers’ markets have live entertainment. Shopping at a farmers’ market is a great way to meet local farmers and get fresh, flavorful produce. Use our map to find one near you!”

The Denton Community Market is a fav of mine. It’s friendly, laid-back, and the vendors do not sell the same things. I love this market. Dog-friendly.

I’ve gathered that the vendors do change through the year, while some come back each Saturday. You may want to get a business card from your favorite just if they don’t come back.

Here’s another pic from the Denton Market today. I love that sign!!
