It’s hard to beat a beautiful Fall afternoon with the wind blowing just enough to bring fresh air. So, I thought I’d show off my pumpkin & pine cones stand that I created. Forget the typical lemonade stand, this one’s for Fall!
I found this lemonade stand at a local boutique that I love to shop at a lot. It was tucked away in a corner with cobwebs on it and other decor hanging from it. It even had a beehive on the back of it (no bees). I dusted off the price tag and saw it was a little out of my price range, so I asked the sweet girl behind the counter if there was any way they would or could take less for it.
She called the owner on the phone and told me YES!! Still, it was a little out of my price range, but I bought it anyway because I knew it would make a great pumpkin and pine cones stand. And, also an impressive hot cocoa stand come winter.
Pumpkins & Pine Cones Stand
This lemonade stand is a little different from what I see on Pinterest as this one seems to be turned around the other way. But with the chalkboard the way it was put on, this is how mine looks. I kind of like it better because I can sit decor under the stand AND all around it. It’s really whatever you prefer. If you decide to make one, make it to your liking.
My son had fun getting his picture taking. Not really, I did have to bribe him. I think he’s getting sick of me always taking his pictures for my blog posts. Cute smile though!
Pumpkins and pine cones just seem to go together, don’t you think? When we were up in New Mexico last month, we gathered as many pine cones as we could because I wanted to make pine cone crafts. I read where washing and baking the pine cones would ward off the icky stuff and the bugs, so that’s what I did.
So far, I have made scented pine cones, white glitter pine cones, black glitter pine cones and a few for Halloween.
Since I love fall colors, I just happen to have a lot of fall colored ribbon to make the garland. So, what do you think? Would you buy a pumpkin from this cute kid?
Happy Fall Y’all – Hope you enjoy my Pumpkins & Pine Cones Stand.
