Are you sleep-deprived? According to the National Sleep Foundation, an estimated 164 Americans have trouble sleeping at least once a week. Since it is National Sleep Awareness Week (next week), I thought I’d talk about the most common reasons for sleep deprivation. If you can relate, keep reading. Getting good sleep at night is crucial for a thriving life but is often hard for some. It’s no wonder there’s an entire week dedicated to sleep.   • body pain
  • stress
  • hormones
  • body temperature
  • tossing and turning
  • bed mattress not comfortable
  • poor sleep hygiene (mattress is too old)
  • movement disruptions from sleep partners

We all know that we spend a considerable amount of time in our beds, so why not make that space the most comfortable and healthy space in your home? I believe a good solid mattress and frame are most important.     Have never thought of using a mattress topper before. I’m one of those fortunate people who can fall asleep hard regardless of what I’m sleeping on. When I’m tired, my body just shuts down to rest. Will have to look into a mattress topper for even better quality rest.

    Never thought of a mattress topper before, but I have recently been experience sleep deprivation at least a few times a week. It’s been rough through the day. I will definitely check this out, if can improve my sleep I’m sold!

    I need to look into a mattress topper, I have never really put much thought into one before but now it just makes sense. I bet it would help improve my mattress. My husband and I both suffer from body aches so this would help us out a lot!
