TruBrain has an excellent product with raw ketone ester (chocolate) that can also be mixed in with water, coffee, or your favorite beverage and even in baked cookies! Buy TruBrain Ketones Chocolate for optimal taste. If that’s not an option, then use four teaspoons of cacao in place of it.

The Keto Diet for Beginners
Honestly, I’m not a dieter. I think being on a diet is worse than going to the dentist. I like to look at it as a lifestyle change. Since food is medicine, we need to eat what’s right for us. Getting rid of carbs is a great way to go if wanting to eat healthier. It’s also the hardest food to give up (it is for me anyway).
