None of us want to get sick, but to fend off whatever nasty bug is currently going around your town, you have to invest some time and effort into doing things on your own and all-natural. Here are 4 tips to boost your immune system naturally.

Top 4 Tips to Boost Your Immune System
Today I’m here sharing with you my top 4 tips you can start doing right now to boost your immune system and be healthier year-round.
DRINK MORE WATER to Boost Your Immune System
Drinking more water can be one of the single best things you can do to boost your immune system. How much? Your daily goal should be roughly equal to half of your body weight. So if you weigh 120 LBS, then 64 oz, while if you weigh 200 LBS you should shoot for 100 oz. When we are dehydrated, we make bad food choices, and that leads to a downward spiral of our immune systems. If you are thirsty, have a headache, or feel cranky, the best option is to stop and drink a glass full of water, not to reach for a painkiller or a cup of coffee.

WASH WITH SOAP AND WATER
Those words from your Grandma are still valid: wash your hands before you eat! Use regular soap and water. You do not need a special antibacterial soap or to use hand sanitizer, what you do need is to get up out of your chair and walk to the sink and scrub your hands with regular soap and water every single time before you eat.
AVOID REFINED SUGAR
Oh, I know, that donut looks so tasty…but refined sugar can suppress your immune system for hours. So choose a piece of fruit, some nuts, or a handful of veggies when you need a snack!
