It’s all about feeling good and looking your best. Most people don’t believe I’m 55, but I am, and I am proud to say I don’t have many wrinkles to show it. Why? I don’t know, except I have great genes and I take care of myself in many ways. One of those ways is I drink lots of water every day, and I take vitamins and supplements every day. I suppose my genes come from my MOM.
This is my mother from this past weekend. She’s 77 years old and is in good health. My mom stays active by working in her yard – and that yard is huge both front and back! She also helps with all the grandkids when we all come to visit. Mom (Mema) is the best mom!!!
